Before launching McShane Media & Events, Trish held strategic engagement and leadership roles at Key School and the Annapolis Book Festival. For fifteen years, she led the planning and execution of the entire Festival, working with authors, sponsors, media partners (Trish secured C-Span's partnership with the Festival), public officials, community leaders, staff, and volunteers to support a major annual event that draws thousands of attendees and stands as one of the region’s most prominent literary and civic gatherings.

That experience gives clients a practical advantage. Trish understands that successful events require more than logistics. They require strong communication, careful planning, calm judgment, thoughtful programming, and attention to the guest experience from beginning to end.
